Our next PMEA regional trip, this time to the Central West of NSW and the township of Orange, where our members will partake in the Gnoo Blas Car Show.

The show is held on Saturday, 11th February 2023 and has become one of the largest car shows on the annual calendar. 

Members are encouraged to attend in their classic vehicles. 

On Friday 10th February, we will be driving along some wonderful scenic country rural roads visiting some nearby villages and towns such as Canowindra and Carcoar.

Motel (apartment style) reservations have been made in advance. Apartments have kitchen facilities. 

PMEA are holding 25 rooms for 3 nights, In Thursday 9th February/Out Sunday 12th February at Summer East Serviced Apartments, 399 Summer St Orange. Rate is $145 single/double per night. There is security off street parking and the complex is in a very quiet area, within walking distance to CBD shops and restaurants. Please view the link below for more information.

For those who plan to exhibit at the Gnoo Blas Car Show, please see below link for the entry form and complete your registration. Entry fee $20. There will be approximately 30 trophys being offered across many display categories.

Please ensure when you complete your form to advise you will be displaying under "PMEA", so all of our club vehicles will be allocated space together. You can do this under 'vehicle 2' on the entry page.

Gnoo Blas Car Show Entry Form

Gnoo Blas Celebration Dinner, Saturday 11th February, will be held at the Waratah Sports Club in Orange from 6.30pm-11pm. Cost is $49.50 for main and desert.  You will need to pre-book and pay in advance, hurry as space is limited! When booking, make sure you mention PMEA as your car club, so we will be allocated seating together. 

Guest speakers include racing driver Sue Ransom and Grant Denyer.
