In conjunction with Northern Beaches Hot Rods, PMEA will launch a new car and bike show for 2025. It is anticipated that there will be around 150 vehicles on display.

This will raise greatly needed funds for our featured charities, namely Mens Shed Australia (Men's Health) Northern Beaches and the local Ingleside Rural Fire Service-RFS.  Club volunteers will collect 'gold coin' donations from the public at two different entry gates. Pittwater RSL will offer a special 'Burger and Beer' $19 lunch meal deal on the day, with a drink of choice included.

A local Surf Lifesaving Club will provide bacon and egg rolls for purchase during the morning in the grounds surrounding the car show. A coffee van will be onsite.

We are calling on as many members as possible, in both clubs, to bring and display their classic, modified or hot rod vehicle or bike for the public to view and admire.

There will be 'Official Judges' appraising the cars and bikes, with Pittwater RSL sponsored trophies to be awarded. In addition, there will also be several 'Peoples Choice' awards, voted 'best in show', to be given out on the day. Assigned club volunteers at the entry point gates will handing out people's choice voting slips to the public upon entry.

Presentation awards commence at approximately 12.30pm. 

Entrants: Gates open from 7.30am. Enter via Jubilee Avenue. NO entry permitted for vehicles NOT pre-booked. Vehicles must be in their designated parking spot by 8.45am.

Please park in your allocated parking bay.  Marshalls will direct you to your allocated parking space in the lower carpark.  PLEASE ONLY park in your allocated space.

Entry fee: $15.00 per vehicle including FOC drink. Please indicated your attendance by using the 'RSVP' button below. 

Entry Forms: Both ONLINE and PRINT entry forms are then available to enter (PMEA and Northern Beaches Hot Rod Club ONLY).  Your attendance WILL NOT be registered until BOTH entry form and payment has been received.

Departure: NOT before 1.30pm. Vehicles are NOT permitted to leave early due to safety requirements.

Closing date for entries 14th April 2025. Capacity limits apply. Get in early! Don't forget to bring your PMEA Windscreen Banner too!!!

Public Entry: From 9.00 am PRSL underground carpark entrance OR  Jubilee Avenue entry gate.
